In nature, 10-15% of lambs do not survive. In a "happy lamb" barn, you fight to get that number to zero. But sometimes, despite CPR on a newborn or tube-feeding a weakling, you lose one. Those days are devastating. You cry in the feed shed. Then you go back to work, because the other 50 lambs need you.

Happylambbarn believes in the importance of growth and development. The company offers various training programs, workshops, and opportunities for professional development, empowering employees to upskill and reskill.

Today, we celebrate the milestones—the first steps outdoors, the first wag of a tail, and the growing community of supporters who make this sanctuary possible. Thank you for being part of our story of compassion. 🐏🌿
