Released in 2017, Glenzito House Avenue 1 arrived during a pivotal moment for UK street music. Drill was beginning to bubble out of the underground, but it hadn't yet been sanitized for mainstream radio consumption. Headie One, formerly known as Headz, was in the process of rebranding and refining his sound. This project represents the bridge between his raw, unfiltered mixtape roots and the polished hits that would follow.
