A PDF on GitHub is usually a scanned image file (OCR). You cannot quickly Ctrl+F to find "Vega Neutral" in a sloppy scan. You cannot jump between pages 450 and 1,200 instantly on a phone screen. The physical copy or a genuine e-book (Kindle/EPUB) is infinitely more useful.
