Do you know which you are running, and did this happen right after a Windows update ?
For older versions (3.40/3.45), right-click the shortcut, go to Properties > Compatibility , and set it to Windows XP (Service Pack 3) of Autodata or a different operating system Do you know which you are running, and
Old or corrupt drivers often trigger hardware mismatch errors. Remove the dongle from the USB port. Sentinel Driver right-click the shortcut
or its launcher with administrator privileges to allow it to read hardware IDs. Compatibility Mode: go to Properties > Compatibility
