For employers and organizations, the STIB-MIVB Business Portal is a centralized B2B management tool. It is specifically designed to handle third-party payer systems, letting companies directly sponsor their employees' commutes as part of a modern salary or mobility package.

Despite its utility, the portal faces challenges. Brussels is notorious for technical glitches during peak migration periods (such as the start of the academic year in September) or during major system updates.
