The "Nightmare+" difficulty actually makes the "Akuma no Tane" mechanic worthwhile. In the original game, seeds were just HP items. Now, in the updated version, enemies drop "Cursed Seeds" that permanently increase your lust meter but double your magic damage. The synergy between the Kagami no Inma (defensive reflection) and the Akuma no Tane (offensive corruption) finally feels balanced.
