The city’s council, now composed of freshly elected members, passed a law that any future development projects must undergo a transparent, public bidding process, and that any changes to heritage sites require a 70% majority vote from the city’s residents.
The professor explained that the video had likely been smuggled out of the country by a dissident network known as (The Brotherhood of Truth).
