This study aims to investigate the concept of "sobrang satisfied si misis na pinaiyot siya sa extra quality" (extremely satisfied wife due to extra quality) and its implications on customer satisfaction. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods. The findings suggest that customers who experience exceptional quality exhibit high levels of satisfaction, loyalty, and positive word-of-mouth. The study also highlights the significance of exceeding customer expectations and delivering extra quality in building strong customer relationships.
